Arrange to preview an instrument in our sale

To view an instrument included in a current sale from the comfort of your own home, follow the simple steps below to arrange a video viewing.

Step 1

To request a viewing, please send us an email or call +44 (0)20 7670 2932 and provide us with your contact details, and details of the lots you would like to view and discuss in more detail.

Step 2

Our experts are available between the hours of 11am – 6.30pm BST, and we will be in touch to arrange a time slot that suits you. Instrument viewings are available on either Skype or Zoom and we will give you all the information you need to get ready for your viewing.

Step 3

Once our video call is set up, one of our specialists will show you any part of the instruments you would like to view in more detail, and will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Arrange an instrument valuation

To discover the value of your instrument from the comfort of your own home, follow the simple steps below to arrange a no obligation video appraisal.

Step 1

To register your interest in one of our limited video appraisal slots, please complete our online valuation form. Provide as much detail as possible about the instrument you wish to have valued including the condition, label, and history of the instrument. Please also supply clear, high quality photographs where indicated.

Step 2

One of our experts will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. We are happy to discuss the different video call options (e.g. Skype, Zoom, Facetime, etc.) and we will give you all the information you need to get ready for your video appraisal.

Step 3

Once our video call is set up, one of our specialists will take you through the appraisal process by assessing your instrument and asking you a series of questions. Our expert will then provide you with a valuation for your instrument over live video chat.
